Code CSV file to an existing indicator

Hi everyone,

I need a csv file log to be coded/added in my indicator, and to record in the following format:

Alert #,Indicator Name (TimeFrame), Asset, Alert Date/Time, Rate, Type, Expire Date/Time, Expiry Rate, W/L
001, OptionsHybridPro (M15), EURJPY, 2013.06.10 10:29:27, 130.767, PUT, 2013.06.10 11:00:00, 130.804, L

The csv file log will only record whenever my indicator sends out an alert.
The Expiry Date/Time and Rate should be recorded as end of the hour after the alert is send out.
example:
alert @ 2013.06.10 10:29:27, expiry time and rate: 2013.06.10 11:00:00 (as the strprice)
alert @ 2013.06.10 10:42:31, expiry time and rate: 2013.06.10 11:00:00 (as the strprice)
alert @ 2013.06.10 10:59:37, expiry time and rate: 2013.06.10 11:00:00 (as the strprice)
alert @ 2013.06.10 11:01:00, expiry time and rate: 2013.06.10 12:00:00 (as the strprice)

The W/L column will be determine by the following calculation:

Type (CALL) Expiry Rate - Execution Rate = W (returned positive number, else L)
Type (PUT) Expiry Rate - Execution Rate =  W (returned negative number, else L)

Lastly, the csv file name should be recorded as the current Date, and close the file at the end of the Day.
example: 20130613, create next log file name: 20130614
