Addition of BUY and SELL condition to an existing EA needed

I trade using Pipfinite Binary Options. But I want to apply a restriction that will allow buy or sell condition to execute only after a certain number of consecutive candles in the same direction. The number of consecutive candles should be changeable between 3 and 10.

I currently combine  Indicator Bars Street and Pipfinite to manually achieve my trading conditions, but this is hectic and I sometime break the rules. I would therefore like to be able to set the rule and allow the EA to run on a VPS.
