Необходимо написать скрипт либо эксперт для работы именно со значениями БАЛАНС И СРЕДСТВА депозита. Скрипт(эксперт) должен уметь отключать либо включать работу других советников по условиям, закрывать по условиям все открытые ордера. Так же необходимо создать мини инфо-панель с возможностью изменения через нее параметров и просмотром текущих информационных значений. Подробное техническое задание вышлю претендентам.
