Finish develope of a Multi Currency Platform

Test and check if rates are ok in all of the actions that the multicurrency EA does.

This is a a project im done myself and need a person to test and optimize the way how im done this Multicurrency Develope.

Code is working and need some adjusts maybe clean some variables to prevent repeated rates

Also need to check if the rates correspond to the current symbol in every tick
