Make EA based on custom indicator

Hey,

I am looking for someone who can turn make an expert advisor based on this indicator. The code is rather old by the way. I can send it if you want to check it first. It uses a histogram and I want to enter on the close of a candle.

The options that I need:
- Ability to change the amount of targets itself + open this amount of trades when the indicator gives the signal to enter
Example:
I want 2 targets > 2 trades will be opened. One with target at X and one with target at Y.

- Ability to change the amount of pips for the targets and the stop loss, starting from the entry point obviously.
Example:
Entry signal given at 1.00000
First target at +50 pips > 1.00500
Second target at +60 pips > 1.00600
Stop loss at -100 pips > 0.99000

- Checkbox if the stop loss should be moved or stay at the original. If checked, the stop loss will be moved to the previous target or the entry point.
Example:
First target hit > Stop goes to entry
Second target hit > Stop goes to first target

- Set lot size (in general). I will enter any amount here. Even if the amount of targets is adjusted, this number will be the same. Nothing difficult.
Example:
Lot size 0.10
I want 5 targets, it will open 5 x 0.10 lot
