Web Based Deposit/Withdrawal PHP Code

We are Metatrader (Admin), we are looking for a Web based MT4 Deposit/Withdrawal with PHP Code, we need a a full source code because we want to add it in our client CRM.

we need like just enter client MT4 Account No and Deposit/Withdrawal Amount and its processed immediately.
