Horizontal Line indicator on specific numbers - EASY

I need help creating an MT4 indicator that plots horizontal lines on certain price numbers. This principle is based off of "The Quarters Theory" by Ilian Yotov.

 Horizontal lines are plotted in this manner:

• Gold line (double width): 000, 250, 500, & 750
• Red line (single width): 075, 175, 325, 425, 575, 675, 825, & 925
• Red line (single width): 000, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, & 900
• Red line (single width): 125, 375, 625, & 875
