Upgrade of existing MT4 custom chart generator - add heiken ashi & mean renko

I have a panel based offline chart generator for MT4 which allows the user to create a templates of customized charts, generate them, and keep them alive.

Although the guy who built this is extremely knowledgeable and good at developing, he is difficult to get a hold of and has other commitments.

I am looking for a developer who

• is well versed in OOP
• has good knowledge of offline chart generation
• good with panels
• is willing to extend on someone else's work 

 There are a few improvements and extensions I would like to make to the panel. It currently does custom GMT candle generated candlestick charts and Renko charts.

I would like to extend its functionality by adding

• Mean Renko candle
• Heiken ashi charts 

So you will need to have good knowledge of how these charts are generated :)
