Close all positions

i need someone who can create an EA that will close all my open position when the total profit or loses has reach my given parameters. am not using SL rather it will use my total profit and loses to close all positions automatically.

example: when ever my total profit reach $100 or $ -100 i will like the EA to close all positions.

so i will be able to modify prices which the EA will close all position, i will be able to set parameters for total loses and profit
