Buying profitable MT5 EA + settings (budget not specified)

Hi all, request is simple. I am buying profitsble MT5 EA and settings. Performance backtest must be 5+ on real tick by tick data, controlled risk,and profit factor above 1.5. I do not look for a gold mine, but something real. You can call me as well for easier communication. Good luck !
