1. Trading Logic

• Supertrend Indicator:
• Inputs: ATR Period, ATR Multiplier, Timeframe.
• Signal is generated when the Supertrend line flips direction.
• Buy Condition:
• When price closes above the Supertrend line and the Supertrend flips from bearish (above price) to bullish (below price).
• EA opens a Buy order.
• Sell Condition:
• When price closes below the Supertrend line and the Supertrend flips from bullish (below price) to bearish (above price).
• EA opens a Sell order.

2. Position Management

• One Trade per Signal:
• No stacking of trades in the same direction.
• EA must wait until an opposite signal (or manual close) before opening a new trade.
• Exit Conditions:
• Default: Close trade when the opposite Supertrend signal appears.
• Option: Keep trade open but reverse position (close current and open opposite).
• Stop Loss / Take Profit Options:
• Use Supertrend line as stop-loss (default).
• OR fixed SL/TP in points (configurable).
• OR trailing stop (optional, based on indicator or points).

3. Filters (Inputs)

• Timeframe Filter – option to choose a higher timeframe Supertrend for confirmation.
• Trade Direction Filter – allow only longs, only shorts, or both.
• Spread Filter – don’t trade if spread > X points.
• Trading Hours – allow trading only between set times (e.g., London/NY sessions).

4. Risk Management

• Lot Size Options:
• Fixed Lot (user-defined).
• Risk % per trade (lot calculated from SL distance and account balance).
• Max Open Trades: integer limit (default = 1).
• Max Daily Loss %: stop trading if exceeded.

6. Error Handling

• Ensure SL/TP respect broker’s StopLevel and minimum distances.
• Check for trade duplication (avoid sending multiple orders on one signal).
• Log clear messages for entries, exits, and errors
