HELLO  GREAT DEVELOPER 

I want a custom indicator. The problem with free/simple ones (CCI, RSI, ATR, etc.) is they fail too often, especially during market openings. I need something with filters to reduce false signals.

Requirements:

  1. Success rate target: average around 65–75% (not below 65%).

  2. Signal frequency: about 11–12 signals per day (between 12:00–18:00).

  3. No back-to-back losses (after a loss, the next signal should filter better).

  4. Should work reasonably well during volatile times like market opens.

  5. Use special filtering/extra conditions to avoid weak signals.

Please let me know what rules, logic, or filters you can suggest and how we can implement them.
