Do you know how to use this work around for iCustom?

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can use the information below and the information that is attached to add BlahTech's supply/demand indicator to another indicator that I have the code for.  

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE APPLYING TO DO THE PROJECT.  

BlahTech’s work around for iCustom does NOT use the following:

Buffer Definitions

Input Parameters

OnInit() Function

OnCalculate() Function

The supply/demand indicator I use is from BlahTech here on mql5.com.  Because they have so many items in the Input box, they developed a way to work around iCustom because iCustom could not handle all of the inputs.

Below are emails from them explaining how things need to be coded.  Their files are attached.  I only use a few of their inputs and will provide these later. 

Email from BlahTech's tech support:

"Please find attached a version of our SD EA examples with your specifications.

 Due to the limitations of MetaTrader we can't use the standard iCustom mechanism

 We coded around this and pass a string of value pairs instead of the 250 parameters.

 If you look at line 66 of the BlahtechSupDemEA_Basic.mq4 script you see how to configure SD parameters without messing with the iCustom call...

You can add/modify Supply Demand parameters as you choose and they will be passed to the underlying indicator

To test this, copy the contents of the attached zip file to your Experts directory and then attache the expert to the chart
