Specification

I need a HIGH FREQUENCY TRADING (HFT) EA, that can be used to trade on live accounts of IC Market broker. I want this EA to work on US30 indices ,The EA has to be highly profitable, giving daily profit. Have a news filter that don't trade if theres a HIGH (RED FOLDER) news in ForexFactory,that can be set before or after news.

Also i want to set up a limit on the EA so i avoid get hyperactive ( According to MetaQuotes guidelines, an account is considered hyperactive when it exceeds 2,000 server messages per day.)
