Make an EA for MT5 to trade twitter (X) signals

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a custom MT5 EA that integrates with Twitter to copy trading signals from a specific Twitter handle and execute them on MT5. The EA should be able to monitor the Twitter feed in real time (or near real-time), parse trading signals based on predefined formats, and execute trades automatically.

Project Requirements:

1. Twitter API Integration:

   • Set up and configure access to the Twitter API to pull tweets from a specific Twitter handle.
   • Continuously monitor the Twitter feed to capture new tweets containing trading signals.

2. Signal Parsing and Processing:

   • Parse each tweet to identify trading signals (e.g., "BUY EURUSD at 1.1234" or "SELL GBPUSD at 1.2345").
   • Handle basic error-checking for malformed signals or unsupported formats.

3. MT5 EA Development:

   • Write an MT5 EA (using MQL5) that can read parsed signals and execute corresponding trades within the MT5 platform.
   • Support for both BUY and SELL signals with the option to adjust lot size and trade parameters.
   • Implement basic logging for actions taken (e.g., signals received, trades executed).

4. File-Based or Direct Signal Transfer:

   • Transfer parsed signals from the Twitter script to the MT5 EA, either through a text file or another agreed method.

5. Error Handling and Logging:

   • Include error-handling mechanisms to manage API connectivity issues, malformed signals, or MT5 trade execution errors.
   • Implement logging to track API errors, parsing issues, and trade execution status.

Deliverables:

• Python script to access Twitter API and parse trading signals.
• MT5 EA that reads signals and executes trades.
• Full source code and documentation for the setup and usage of the EA and Twitter script.
