A trading bot or EA (Expert Advisor) is required to trade on Vix75, Vix 75 (1s), Vix25, and Vix10. Here are the specific conditions for the EA:
Trade Entry Based on RSI Divergence
1. Identifying Market Trend:
- The EA should be capable of recognizing the market trend on the 4-hour timeframe.
- All trades executed by the EA should align with the identified trend on the 4-hour chart.
2. Trade Entry Based on RSI Divergence:
- The EA should initiate trades on the 15-minute chart.
- Trade decisions must be based on RSI (Relative Strength Index) divergence with the 15-minute price action.
- RSI highs and lows should be set to 80 and 20, respectively, to determine potential overbought and oversold conditions.
3. Setting Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP):
- The EA should implement a stop loss (SL) ranging from 15 to 30 pips.
- Take profit (TP) levels should be determined based on the 1-hour (1H) Intraday Resistance Line (IRL) and Intraday Support Line (ERL).
- Both SL and TP should be adjustable manually, allowing users to modify them according to their preferences.
4. Risk Management:
- The EA should include a customizable risk management feature.
- Traders should have the ability to adjust risk parameters according to their risk tolerance and trading preferences.
- This ensures that the EA can adapt to different risk profiles and trading strategies.
