ROBOT SCANNER MODIFICATION

Hello, I have an existing project however I would like to make a modification. In fact, my scanner robot scans all markets looking for opportunities based on certain conditions based on the breakout of the highs or lows of the previous day or previous week and also the position of the TDI elements. The level break detection works well except that before the H4 candle closes, I receive an alert and afterwards when the H4 candle closes, I receive the same alert again. What I want is that it is at the close of the H4 candle that all conditions are verified. This is the only part that doesn't work properly. I attach the source code and also an image that shows what I want as a result. Then convert the same project to MQL5 version. THANKS
