Edit this indicator | Add push notification | Add validation of Arrow with a Moving Average

Hello,

I would like this indicator edited in 2 ways.

Firstly it does not have push notification or ability to send email alert when an arrow signal paints. I would like both push notification and email alert added.

Secondly the quality of the arrow signal is better when it is used in conjunction with the 200MA as validation.

 - If price is above the 200MA only BUY arrows signals are valid.

 - If price is below the 200MA only SELL arrows are valid

Please look at the image below which demonstrates a valid SELL signal.

I would like indicator edited so that arrow only paints when respecting the BUY/SELL validation rules above

At present the indicator is non-repaint. Once edited it needs to still be non-repaint
