Modification of existing EA

I have a dashboard of buttons which; set entry, stop loss, target prices, enter a trade with pending or execution orders, allow me to plot fibs using different colours and set the fib lines I choose, work out position size using risk amount, move to break even. 

The problem is the dashboard buttons move with price and time. I would like this changed so the Y-axis is fixed and I can change the setting under 'settings.'

Also I would like one button removed. 

I would like a button added - Alert button , so when I press it I can point at the chart and it sets a price alert , same as mt4 , there is no expiration time. 

Also at the moment when I plot a fib under my chosen colour, it changes colour when I switch time frames, I need that to stop. 

There is lots of code on this EA because it's been changed over a number of years, your choice whether to work with the existing EA or start again.
