Forex EA MQL4 &5 automating risk & management trading

I am looking for creating a fully Forex integrated trading system. The main task is to integrate existing mql4 indicators in real time signals to a new comprehensive EA risk money management to create a single integrated trading system EA, with multi currency's and multi-frames online currencies trading pairs functioning on a broker MQL4 platform. 

The task is to select the best provided entering signals with the stops, the limits, the profits targets, the breakeven calculated from previous swing high or low plus or minus few points given by the indicators, using only the most relevant signals alarms from the powerful sophisticated existing indicators and entering them in the money management EA to automatized all the codes into a single efficient and precise automatic trading process.

Also to debug and test it thoroughly. It will remains the final set up and the optimization  of the models parameters. Also to consider upgrading the new full optimized EA created to be converted subsequently into a mql5 EA, running also on a MQL5 platform. It will be necessary to find the indicators buffers. I will join all the necessary documentation if we agreed for the project, all the indicators input variables including the template .tpl, the rules scenario and the complete project description

Hence I want to integrate the best indicators already developed in mql4 within an EA risk & money management that I have tested manually independently by a fully automatic order management scheme. My goal is to integrate the most efficient new existing EA money manager to create a single piece of mql4 codes. Consider also the no trading rule during important news dispatch.                                                              Also to calculate the max risk accepted according to the leverage decided, the paid capital max ratio and the order, Best Risk/Reward Ratio, day and week authorized loss, the number of lots according to the contract size with micro lots or mini lots or standard lots of 100,000 units. Beside the agreed budget, before to start something useful, you need to tell me more about your credentials, your availability and how do you operate? At the completion if I am fully satisfied and happy with the result a special bonus representing around 40% will be paid above the agreed  budget
