A Remote trade copier ea to copy trades from my account to clients

I need a trade copier EA to copy my MT5 trades to other people account, I have around 12 clients. They have different brokers, so I want a EA which will copy signals, without needing a receiver EA. I have their MT5 IDs and Investor Passwords.

Basically a remote trade copier, lets say server based copier is needed.

Price mentioned here is final, If extra customization is done, I can pay more.
