Specification

I'd like a script (possibly modified from something off-the-shelf) that would send me text and email alerts when a double top or bottom is forming and nearing completion of the pattern that would alert me to potential trading opportunities.  I trade US Stocks and Futures.  I'd like to use timeframes of 12, 13, 26, and 30 minutes for the alerts.  I'd like the less active markets to be filtered out according to money volume per bar to be determined upon acceptance of my project.  Thanks in advance.
