i have an mt5 indicator which i want to make into an mt5 ea for me with some modification ;

there a two moving averages, the blue moving average, the white moving average . the rules; when ever the blue  M.A is below the white M.A, let only buy arrows appear, and when ever the blue m.a is above the white m.a let only sell arrows appear
