Need a automated bot that makes orders based on time not cost

MQL4 Experts SQL MySQL Python Trading robot/indicator debugging Forex

Specification

I'm fairly new to this so if you have questions let me know. Basically I want a automated Bot that will buy or sell a stock at a certain time. Also I will need to be able to tell the script buy at "x" number of pips or sell at "x" number of pips. 

Things I need the bot to do

- Buy / Sell at a certain time I request it don't matter what the price is. 

- Buy / Sell at a certain time but don't buy until "x" pips above or below price at that time. 

- I would also need to be able to automate a stop-loss ("x" pips) and Take profit ("x" pips)

Once complete I will need the code and instructions on how to have it installed on my iphone metatrader4 app.
