There was a forexfactory post that give consistently good bid-offer levels each day:

Those critical bid/offer levels are based on things like large orders in the market and important barrier option levels.

If you are interested, I also did some initial works such as writing down the trading rules, gathering his historical levels, and some initial testing results. Contact me at selffoe@gmail.com and I can send you these files.

If you produce a signal or a rule that reproduce his levels for future trading, I will be very appreciated.
