Specification

In short:

Indicator 1 => sends trading signals
Indicator 2 => receives them and trades with them 

We have an Indicator running on one MetaTrader with a certain broker and want to be able to send the Buy and Sell Signals it triggers from that to an Indicator/Expert Advisor on another MetaTrader Instance(different broker) who would then trade with them.

The second Broker is with "GoMarkets"and the trades are binary options trades.
