Ichimoku cloud indicator for different timeframes

Hi,

I'm searching for a programmer who can make an indicator with these requirements:

STARTUP

- At startup select timeframes (input boolean for each timeframe) that need to be valid to execute the trade

- At startup select 'boost mode 1', input type integer. This numerical value confirms how many conditions of the first type (condition 1) may be not true and still execute the trade

- At startup select 'boost mode 2', input type integer. This numerical value confirms how many conditions of the second type (condition 2) may be not true and still execute the trade

SIGNAL

- Check all pairs (forex, metals, ...) that are in market watch for 2 simple conditions (will be explained later)

- Pop up in MT4 (with a custom sound) when a valid trade setup occurs

- MT4 message on mobile

- Date block build within source code (if date is expired, the indicator stops working), message appears on the screen "Indicator is not working, please contact author"

- Full source code needs to be delivered and the indicator + info about it is my property. The developer can use the indicator for own purpose but may not commercialize it or leak info about the strategy or source code in any way.
