Hi Luenbo,

It might not be directly aimed at the FX market, but 'Technical Analysis' by Kirkpatrick is quite a good technical analysis resource. I bought it a few years ago, and I think it's worth a read. See link:

Books By Howard Bandy including "Quantitative Trading Systems" really got me interested in automated systems. These books are aimed at Amibroker users, but most of the concepts covered, can be translated into mql4/5.

PS. I agree with Doshur, I also had trouble replicating the returns in testing. Most of the strategies I read about seem to fall over sooner or later. Bandy, however, makes a good point of recognising when a system is broken.

There are so many books about forex but non of them can help you understand forex deeply. I will advice you to develop your own trading strategy and start practicing them till you will have more confidence.

There's saying that sometime a man can see a single ant across the ocean but fail to see an elephant in front of him.

Same thing may happen when analyzing market, we may miss something pretty obvious.

There is something odd about this scan of a patient's lung. Have you spotted it yet? How about the dancing gorilla on the right? It is not an everyday finding for radiologists, who are skilled at searching scans for tiny anomalies with potentially life-threatening consequences. But in one study, more than three-quarters of specialist tumour...
