You shoud check in too/option/signal

Did signal connect to "subscripe"?

Or renew in your subscription. Maybe it "expiration date".

You should be specific when asking for help in forum.

1. Is this for MT5 signal or MT4 ?

2. Did you have signal tab appear in Tools menu ? and what the journal log says ?

3. Re-check everything you did when you subscribe to signal, and read this article How to Subscribe to Trading Signals.
