Script that starts and stops Expert advisor at set time

Are any of you familiar with a script that start an EA at set time and stops it at set time....suggestions..

1. Scripts do not attach EAs.
2. Modify the EA to ignore ticks before "set time"
3. Modify the EA to ignore ticks after "set time" or have it remove itself.
