Buy and Sell Postions open at the same time

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me how to have a buy and sell position open at the same time. Currently one closes the other.

if you live in USA you can't hedging, its because NFA( or brokerage that follow NFA only) doesn't allowed, but usually some people will open sub account so you can open two position at the same time. 
 
Or to trade two highly coorelated pairs simultaneously.
 

Nope, there's no way. MT5 is position based trade platform while MT4 is ticket based trade platform. It means, in MT5 there will be only one position and opening opposite position with same lot will close that position.

open 2 acc and then run all. 1 buy, other sell
