EURGBP.sb not pairing with EURGBP

Check for any option like suffix in your input panel...! If available means fill it with [ .sb ]. If you tell to place EURGBP in input panel, than mention as EURGBP.sb...! Try if possible...!
i'm using LCG as a broker and all of their symbols end in .sb
in my log all my signals trades have been 'skipped as no symbol found' due to EURGBP.sb not pairing with EURGBP
what is the fix for this?
i've been reading the forums and cant find a solution any help would be really appreciated.
