Subscript problem

I cannot subscript the signal "some signal" through my MT 4 platform "some platform" which show a error message. I use the another computer, once I push the button to subcripte, MQL5 redirect to my another MT4 platform "some broker". In fact, I installed many different broker film MT 4 terminal in my computer. My some broker already subscripted another signal.

Login the mql5.com market from the meta trader platform itself and download it from there.

Besides, it may be many other reasons ... for example, your broker (MT 4 platform "some platform") does not allow the subscription, or the signal and "some platform" broker are not compatible with each other (and compatible more with the other broker) ... and so on ...
