My mt4's fail to connect to the mql5 account.

 

I turned off windows firewall and still having problems to connect to my mql5 account where i have all my purchases. 

 2016.08.30 14:53:53.157 MQL4 Market: failed to get list of user products [401]

2016.08.30 14:53:52.089 MQL5.community: authorization failed

An HTTP 401 error is due to lack of authorization/bad credentials. Either the username or password you're entering are wrong.

ok my password was wrong that's why i couldn't connect. Still I'm connected to my mql5 account but i cant still see my purchases! please i have been having this problems for a month, i need to see my purchases!! Also mql5 staff NEVER answers my emails or support tickets NEVER.

It is difficult for us users to resolve this issue for you without better understanding about your environment, so you will have to rely on the Service Desk in order to resolve it.

All, I can suggest is for you to try a clean install of MetaTrader on a different machine to see if it works. If it does work, then you will know that it is an issue on your end and it will be difficult for us (or even the Service Desk) to be able to troubleshoot for you.
