They are not trading for any one

There are many brokers offer PAMM, LAMM and MAM accounts to trade multiple accounts at once.

But broker normally will not engage himself into such responsibility to offer traders from his side.

Yes, there are many brokers who offer managed accounts and of course they hire sucessful traders for this job. Simply google for it and you will find a lot.
