mt5 trading platform refused to open

Mt5 trading platform refused to open on my computer. Whenever i click on it in order to open the platform, it will open and immediately closed automatically. Does anybody know what might responsible for this?

Similar thing happened to me for MT4 platform: I have an indicator that consumes too many resources. Uninstall it and reinstall again, it will come back.

i have done that but the situation never change.

Another way and I think the last way is reinstall your MT5. That's way only if you can't identify the problem from journal.

I used to be like this. Click on the mt5 terminal and the icon just lighter and nothing happen. i think it because permissions or ownership problem. just right click on the mt5 broker icon and choose " Run as administrator".
