This is similar to damiani indicator
 

I'm having good success on my back tests with this indicator.

One improvement I've added (on the daily chart). I placed a horizontal line at -0.05. If I get a bullish cross below that line, I ignore it.

I should also note that I change n to 14 instead of 20.


Wanted to pass these settings along in case they could help others.
