Hi, I use the app on both iPhone and iPad and don't have this problem. Sometimes strange conflicts occur with upgrades that go wrong. I have a lot of issues on my MacBook Air after the 12.4 iTunes upgrade that only went away with the new patch. The first thing would be to insure you have the new upgrade on your iPhone operating system that came out a few days ago. You might have to delete MT4 app and reinstall or restore your iPhone from your backup or possibly reinstall your operating system on your iPhone. Be sure to send Apple some feedback too. If enough people send a bug report they might rush a fix for that in the next upgrade. But I use my Mt4 app every day and have no issues.

Hi all
I have the MT4 app installed on my I phone which is great.
However I recently started having issues with it.
The app appears to be resetting itself every few days which results in all my charts being restored to default?
I seem to be losing all my support and resistance lines and the carts revert back to the green on black colour scheme.
Does anyone know how to prevent this happening please
