MetaTrader Slowing after many file readings

I use file functions at OnInit(),

But If I run Strategy Optimizer, the Terminal Slows down.

And the file read fails more often.

If I run optimizer 10000 times, the file reads 10000 times and freezes.

I doubt that there are still opened file handles.

Do you know any reason?
