Doesn't get all trades from a signal I follow

Hi all

 

 I'm subscribed to a signal for a couple of days now.

 I have same amount of balance and same leverage, but I only copied 2 of the over 20 trades the signal made.

Anyone have a guess of what's wrong with my setup or an answer to it? 

 
You need an VPS to follow the trades while your platform is closed.

I use Metatrader 4 as my platform. Is it enough to have Metatrader 4 open as an app on your smartphone to get all signals?
