Signal provider subscription failure

Hello,

I am trying to subscribe to one of the signal provider and whenever I do, subscription fails. I do the subscription from the MT4 terminal and through PayPal.  Anybody faced this problem, any solution or to whom I should I write to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
