My EA is MFM5

Broker is XM

do you mean in backtest? look at your spread setting. is it "actual"? set it to fixed amount

There are a lot of elements.

Differences between internal timing elements,

Connection related elements,

Differences between process execution time on both ends,

Differences in position sizes if account related,

Even unfair brokers can cause irregularities.

A one on one copy is simply impossible even if both terminals are running on the same connection / server.

Unless they are synchronized by a data link.

There will always be subtle differences.


It's a challenge to get as close as possible but this is done through synchronization and not running separate robots on the same machine, or at least it will not be my choice of setup.

Maybe I misunderstood the OP, I was thinking the tests are on the same MT4/broker/account/computer.
