Can we have a trading system or EA competition here?

I think it will make this community more interesting to have trading system competitions.

They will take the for of EA competitions. Strategy developers may hire freelancers here to convert their trading strategies into EAs.

The competitions will draw more traffic here, and the owners of winning trading systems will be rewarded with more EA downloads

or signal service subscriptions. The MQL5 community will commensurately make more money.

More strategy developers will be drawn here.

They will pay for freelancers here to make EAs based on their strategies/systems (more money for the MQL5 community)

More EA downloads and more signal subscriptions will happen again, as the cycle perpetually repeats itself, creating revenue

for members of the community and the owners of the community alike.

What do y'all think?

There used to be a Trading Championship but I think 2012 was the last time it was held. Not sure why....

You can look around there are a few competitions going every now and then.
