According to the description - a great idea...just trying to switch to MT5 with my own developments....

I tried to compile Agent.mq5 (from the archive) as an example - the result with the error of missing library Include\Dictionary.mqh .... where can I get it?

One broker can have different sets of tools in MT4 and MT5, and different brokers even more so ... And, for example, trend-tracking strategies can be used on stock exchanges, Forex and CFDs.
So you exaggerated a bit about "everyone has already made their choice long ago".... :)
It is very good if there will be a set of classes allowing to quickly generate expert code for both platforms. With two hands "For" !
 
Why external variables are not made in Agent.mq5 ? How to optimise?
