I have started metatester on my 3 computer with 16 cores only.

But not receive packet's for elaborating.

Stay online for 4 days

check if you are connected and logged in ON THE MACHINE[S] and the appropriate terminals.

if you have connected the PC's - you should see something in the list - mine is empty, since i don't sell power anymore.

well, you should start by checking if you, by chance are actually connected -

https://www.mql5.com/en/users/ YOUR USER NAME /agents/overview

because, if i remember correctly - it took some time to update the stats, and credit your account.

P.S.

last guess - no one has optimized any EA's over the last 4 days.

i'm joking.

well, technically, you simply haven't logged in on the PC, in the terminal itself - you have to log in to your MQL5 account from the terminal.

if you have done that, and the PC is online, i really don't know what could be the problem.

what OS are you running?

i know for a fact that MT4 doesn't support anything lower than Win7, due to IE 7 requirement, and i also encountered weird problems with proxy settings [?] on ubuntu/lubuntu.

other than that, you should contact the help desk.
