How is the growth of a signal calculated?

How is the growth that is given on the page of a signal provider calculated?

I'm subscribed to a signal since 6 weeks, and the growth I have does in no way relate to the growth that is given on the signal's page, nor does it relate in any way to the growth that is given in my MT5 window under the relevant signal.
Looks to me as if either figure is pure fantasy.

Actual growth for this month: about 1.6%
Growth given on MQL5 page for this month: 5.13%
Growth given for the last 5 weeks in my MT5 under signal: MINUS 2.7%

What is happening here? Obviously this means that the yearly growth is a fantasy figure too.

Maybe mql5 can not access your full trading records calculate accurately your growth.
