investigating more on the problem, it looks like it's my specific expert advisor that makes that single chart in the template not Saveable.

I'm having a very strange problem with my MT5 terminal. When I customize a template to save my workspace for when I close and reopen the MT5, the charts get saved as usual, except for those with expert advisors on it.
Investigating the problem, I've found that in my "<platformID>/profiles/Charts/<profileName>" the chart01.chr file gets successfully generated and added to the order.wnd file, but if I close the platform every *.chr file with an expert attached get deleted.
Big headache, can't figure out the reason.
Any suggestions anyone? Or how can I contact helpdesk?
