Probably no need to re-install in the future but just run some System File Checker (click here). And always restart after running SFC.

I have same problem.

I use MT4 with some Proxy setting. It work perfectly on sever account (DEMO and REAL).

I use MT5 properly but when I am connected under proxy MT5 can not log in.

When I push TRY buttom never happen.

Some one can help me?

Did you get any solution for this issue?  

 

I tried to re-install the win7 OS. It works. However, server days later, the issue happens again. I don't want to re-install the OS again. So ask you if you've solved this issue totally.

Same issue here, only MT5 have this issue. My MT5s from all brokers can't connect to the servers simultaneously. However, all MT4s work fine.
