iOS push notification no longer working - page 2

Hi,

Not sure if reason is same, I have an issue with getting alerts /notifications from MT4 to my mobile phone since about December, and I would like to get this working again. It worked before, I have re-installed MT4 on the PC (Mac) and also re-installed the MT4 App on my iPhone, no change in results. My MT4 runs under CrossOver.

 

In MT4, under options/notifications, both boxes are "ticked" and the metaQuotes ID from the phone is entered.

When testing, I get no signal to my phone.

Checking the MT4 Journal, I read:

"Notifications: failed send request (notify.mql5.com:443 failed)";

and (new line): " Notifications: failed read data (notify.mql5.com:443 failed)"

Appreciate support is getting this fixed, thanks.
