My expert advisor is not placing orders...

Hi I'm using a RSI expert advisor. The market reaches the buy point but the order isn't placed and the same goes for the sell point. I've set all the settings required but still nothing happens. Please I need an expert advisor because my schedule is a bit busy to be able to enter the market at the right time. I'm new to expert advisors so I did what i could find to do but it still isn't working!

I've checked it was unin 04 and then unin 05 errors that made no sense
